Workshop PMA – Process Mining and Analytics

PMA – Process Mining & Analytics  

In the workshop Process Mining & Analytics (PMA), participants use the technology “Process Mining” with the browser-based software Celonis to analyse and optimise the business processes of an end-to-end project.

For this purpose, all steps are gone through: from cleaning the data, loading the data into the platform, building a data model to analysing the current processes.
